Beginning August 1st through August 31st, Baltimore Animal Welfare Alliance (BAWA) Shelters, along with participating animal shelters across the state of Maryland, will be waiving adoption fees with the collective goal of finding homes for at least 3,000 homeless shelter animals across the state.
