Kelev and Queen Dante are a match made in Heaven.
Nine-year-old Kelev arrived at the MD SPCA needing medical attention. Our team removed a tumor and treated his skin. It took some time, but he found the perfect home.
“His coat is constantly shiny [now]. He is highly food motivated and picks up new training within like a day and a half… My coworkers all love him, but really he prefers quiet hikes.”
Several months after adopting Kelev, his family was looking for a playmate. That’s when they found Queen Dante. This playful girl needed patient adopters who’d give her time to warm up. That’s exactly what she got!
“They play together really well… She is a very sweet dog who responds very well to praise and, despite some very elevated anxiety, is becoming really comfortable in her new home and is being kept as safe and enriched as humanly possible.”
Congratulations, Kelev and Queen Dante!
